The Power of Attorney (POA) must be prepared and registered using the specified template provided for the Owner, Co-Applicant, or Guarantor.
Once the template is completed, it must be registered through one of the following methods:
1. Court Registration – Submit the completed Power of Attorney (POA) to the court for official registration.
2. Notarization – Have the document notarized by a licensed lawyer or firm. If notarizing, a notarization certificate must be provided.
The original document will be required for agreement signing.
Only registered Power of Attorney (POA)s that strictly adhere to the provided template(s) will be accepted. Other formats will not be considered valid.
