Qualification & Experience
Ms. Zidna holds dual Masters in Global Business from University of Sunderland Uk and SEGi University, Malaysia, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from University of Mysore, India.
With over 10 years of experience, Ms. Zidna has worked in the fields of Strategic Planning, Organizational Restructuring and Reforms, Human Resource Management, Financial Management, Education, Policy Formulation and Policy Advisory work at various levels and committees. She has also worked as an Assistant Professor at Maldives Business School, Coporate Director, Financial Executive, and Acting Secretary General of Human Rights Commission of the Maldives, Human Resources Director and Acting Director General at Ministry of Housing and Urban Development.
Other appointments
Ms. Zidna is currently the Minister of State for Finance and the Alternate Governor for the Maldives to the Asian Development Bank.
She does not hold any shares in any company in the Maldives that has or will be perceived as a conflict of interest with HDFC PLC.
