Gedhoruveriyaa Scheme
Gedhoruveriya Loan is the government’s national housing loan scheme and part of the government’s pledge to introduce nationwide affordable housing options to ensure dignified lives for all.
This is the first loan with the lowest interest of 6% ever introduced for residents outside greater Male region and allows up to 20 years for repayment. It can be utilized for a new building, renovation or completion of construction of an ongoing project.
