Registering as an Approved Contractor

For Home Construction, projects should be awarded to a contractor that is approved by HDFC. Registration as an approved contractor requires to submit the filled application form and the following documents:

1. Company registration certificate

2. MoA and AoA copies

3. Profile of company

4. Permit from housing ministry (construction company)

5. Audited Financials and Audit Report of last 3 years (if unavailable can submit without it)

6. GST statements, GST Payment return voucher copies.

7. Reference of projects completed in last 3 years (if unavailable can submit without it)

8. CVs, certificates and job descriptions of professionals working with the company. (i.e, civil engineers, architects, etc).
