Press Release Reference: (PR)HDFC/2026/01 Housing Development Finance Corporation PLC (HDFC) held its Annual General Meeting on May 19th, 2026, at 16:00.
During this Annual General Meeting, in addition to approving the financial statements for the past year of 2025, Deloitte Partners LLP was appointed as the company's external auditor for the year 2026.
It was also resolved at this meeting to distribute a dividend of MVR 2.45 (Two Rufiyaa Forty-Five Laari) per share—which carries a face value of MVR 10—to the shareholders. This dividend payout represents 40% of the net profit for the year 2025.
