Senior Recovery Officer
Malé
HDFC Plc in the Maldives is hiring a Senior Recovery Officer for a 12-month full-time contract (with the possibility of permanent placement), based in Malé. Key Responsibilities: - Following up on delinquent accounts via phone calls and house visits to ensure timely repayment and prevent non-performing loans (NPLs). - Maintaining detailed records of borrower communications and preparing necessary documents for legal action or mortgage enforcement. - Assisting with monthly recovery progress reports, gathering information for CRIB reporting, and supporting the department in achieving its targets. Qualifications: Candidates require a relevant Bachelor’s Degree with 1 year of experience OR a relevant Diploma with 2 years of experience. Prior experience in debt recovery, collections, or credit control is highly preferred. Compensation: Offers a competitive salary, staff health insurance, a staff loan scheme, and an annual bonus.
