With reference to the HDFC’s announcement number (IUL)HDFC/1/2026/5 dated 09th April 2026, the Request for Quotation (RFQ) that was made public has been cancelled following amendments made to it.

Subject: Supply & Delivery of Two (2) Fire-Resistant 4-Drawer Filing Cabinet Safe

Housing Development Finance Corporation Plc. (HDFC) invites quotations from eligible suppliers for the Supply & Delivery of Fire-Resistant Filing Cabinet Safe.

Notes:

Please include following details in the quotation/proposal:

All prices must include supply, installation and handling of the item from order placement to doorstep delivery at HDFC Site.
Vendors should quote prices in MVR including GST and all Taxes (if applicable).
Detail specification of the quoted product.
Delivery duration in calendar days.
Quotation validity period.
Quotation with multiple options (other than specified above) will NOT be accepted.
No Advance Payment.
Quotations/proposals submitted later than the specified closing time and date shall NOT be accepted.
All submissions must be in one PDF file format (maximum file size 20 MB).
