Terms and Conditions Governing the HDFC “Aa Aharah Aa Kollaa” Promotion

The following terms and conditions govern the HDFC Aa Aharah Aa Kollaa promotion (the “Promotion”).

By participating in the Promotion, each participant agrees to comply with these terms and conditions, together with any relevant policies issued by HDFC from time to time. HDFC reserves the right to revise or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, HDFC’s interpretation and decision shall be final and binding on all participants.

1. About the Promotion

1.1 The Promotion is a lucky draw open to customers who apply for an HDFC Lite Financing (Conventional) facility during the Promotion Period and whose financing facility is disbursed on or before the applicable Cut-off Date.

1.2 The Promotion Period is from 22 October 2026 to 31 December 2026 (both dates inclusive). To qualify, customers must submit a complete application for HDFC Lite Financing within this period.

1.3 Five (5) lucky draws will be conducted during the Promotion. Each draw covers applications submitted within an application window, which must be approved, with the offer letter signed and the processing fee paid, by that window’s Cut-off Date:

• Draw 1: Applications submitted 22 October 2026 to 04 November 2026 | Cut-off Date for Disbursement 11 November 2026 | Draw Date 12 November 2026
• Draw 2: Applications submitted 05 November 2026 to 18 November 2026 | Cut-off Date for Disbursement 25 November 2026 | Draw Date 26 November 2026
• Draw 3: Applications submitted 19 November 2026 to 02 December 2026 | Cut-off Date for Disbursement 09 December 2026 | Draw Date 10 December 2026
• Draw 4: Applications submitted 03 December 2026 to 16 December 2026 | Cut-off Date for Disbursement 23 December 2026 | Draw Date 24 December 2026
• Draw 5: Applications submitted 17 December 2026 to 31 December 2026 | Cut-off Date for Disbursement 06 January 2027 | Draw Date 07 January 2027

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Promotion is open to individuals who meet all eligibility criteria for HDFC Lite Financing, submit a complete application through the HDFC Customer Portal (portal.hdfc.com.mv) within the Promotion Period, and whose financing facility is disbursed on or before the applicable Cut-off Date.

2.2 Employees of HDFC and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2.3 Approval of financing remains subject to HDFC’s standard credit assessment and policies. Participation in the Promotion does not guarantee approval of any application.

3. Entry

3.1 An application that is submitted during the Promotion Period and is disbursed on or before the final Cut-off Date of 06 January 2027.

3.2 Each qualifying application receives one (1) entry. Only one entry per National ID Card number will be accepted.

3.3 Entries that do not win are carried forward to all later draws. Each participant can win only once during the Promotion.

3.4 An entry becomes void if the application is withdrawn or rejected, or if the facility is cancelled before disbursement.

4. Draw and Winners

4.1 One (1) winner will be selected at random in each draw, five (5) winners in total.

4.2 Winners will be announced on HDFC’s official social media pages.

5. Prize

5.1 Each winner will receive MVR 5,000 (Five Thousand Maldivian Rufiyaa).

5.2 The prize cannot be exchanged for any other benefit.

6. Notification and Claiming of Prize

6.1 Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided in their application within five (5) working days after the draw.

6.2 Prizes must be claimed within seven (7) days from the date of notification. Failure to claim the prize within this period may be deemed a relinquishment of the prize, and HDFC reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

6.3 Winners may be required to present their National ID Card for verification when claiming the prize.

7. Personal Data and Publicity

7.1 By participating, participants consent to HDFC collecting, storing and processing their personal data for administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility and contacting winners, in accordance with HDFC’s privacy policy.

7.2 By providing their details, participants authorise HDFC to contact them for HDFC’s marketing purposes. Participants acknowledge that statements related to this Promotion may be publicly disclosed, and winners agree to take part in a prize handover and related publicity if requested.

8. Disqualification

8.1 HDFC reserves the right to disqualify any participant who provides false or misleading information, or who acts in a manner that is unlawful, unethical or contrary to the intended spirit of the Promotion.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, HDFC shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by participants or any other individuals in connection with the Promotion or the acceptance of a prize.

10. General

10.1 Any reference to a ‘day’ shall mean a day in the Gregorian calendar.

10.2 Unless stated otherwise, this Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, rebates, vouchers, privileges or promotions provided by HDFC.

10.3 HDFC reserves the right to suspend, modify or end the Promotion at any time.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

11.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Maldives, and any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Maldives.

12. Acceptance of Terms

12.1 By submitting an application during the Promotion Period, the participant confirms that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
